Add job control features to increase productivity and versatility of the printer
• 'Proof and print' - 'Hold' the printer after the first copy of a large print run has printed, check it then activate the rest of the print run from the printer.
• 'Secure printing' holds the job on the hard disk until the user enters a password at the printer to release the print job - useful for confidential documents
• The maximum amount of "addressable" disk space is 2 Gigabytes 2.5" ATA-I/F
• 'Hold before print' or 'Hold after print' saves the print job on the hard disk for future reprints
• Basic print control features, the printer can track print and total print jobs by customer or account
