OKI Flatrate provides customers purchasing colour or high-volume mono printers and colour MFPs with a usage plan based on their estimated monthly output, helping them to structure budgets and control costs more effectively.

Targeted at organisations with 1-5+ printer units, OKI Flaterate packages can provide an average 24 per cent saving compared to traditional purchasing methods. Packages cover all essential consumables and support for customers using an OKI printer or multi-function printer (MFP).

Flatrate package includes a fully-inclusive service plan for the life of the contract including next day on-site service. There are no toner coverage limitations there are three Flatrate plans across a range of OKI printers and MFPs.

The Office Plan is suitable for most users and includes a plan for heavier useage.

All packages are supplied over a 36-month period and are available on OKI A4 and A3 colour printers and multi-functional products, such as the C830 printer or the MC860 MFP.

Customers can gain access to a website enabling them to order consumables for printers and MFPs and allowing them to log calls for support.

    Signing up for Flatrate is simple

    1. Contact OKI Buyer who will advise you on your printing needs.
    2. Buy the printer from OKI Buyer and we will provide you with a Flatrate Proposal form.
    3. Complete the form and send it to OKI.
    4. Once contracts have been exchanged you will receive a welcome pack.
    5. Sit back and enjoy hassle free printing.
