  This offer is valid from 1st April 2011 to 30th June 2011 inclusive.

The duration of the 14 Day Free Trial is 14 calendar days from date of installation. (if the last day falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday, the last day will be the next working day)

•

   The evaluation machine print volume over the trial period must not exceed 7,000 prints. Usage in excess of the permitted quota will be charged at 6p (+VAT) per copy.

The following models are available but optional accessories will not be supplied:C801n, C801dn,C810n, C810dn, C821n, C821dn, C830n, C830dn, MC561dn MFP, MC860dn MFP, C9650n, C9650dn.

   In order to qualify for a free trial printer your company must meet the following criteria:
• Your company should have the potential to print in excess of 7,000 prints per month
    • You should be looking to purchase the machine within the next 30 days

•

  

At the end of the trial period the customer must decide whether to keep or return the printer/MFP. If to be returned the unit must be re-packed using the original packaging materials and box, and made available for collection. All supplied items (including manuals, CDs, cables, etc) must also be returned. The return delivery costs will be borne by OKI Systems UK Ltd. We reserve the right to charge for the repair of any items, or parts, found to be damaged, or missing, when the unit is returned to OKI.
